HP question

I see that some BEV companies post both an HP number and a higher HP boost number (for fifteen seconds or so).

My question is: does the HP number for Lucid reflect regular HP or boost HP? If the former, does it have a higher boost function? If the latter, how long does the boost last and what is the regular HP?
