General question: how long one can delay confirming order when it’s their turn?

E.g. If I get invite to confirm Touring in Q4, can I delay until Pure’s are out?

you can delay as much as you want, but you may loose the lower pricing if not confirmed within 30 days.

Just order the Pure and they will be out when they do but confirmation just basically locks your deposit so they don’t have to return it if you don’t buy the car. My guy said you can claim hardship and since they want happy people they may return that.
