I've left a request with the Lucid Service Center by calling and leaving a message on 26 Dec and again 6 Jan. How long does it take for them to get back to you on average?

Which service center if you don't mind me asking? If it's Tysons, don't expect a call back and instead call back each day until you get what you need. I'm sure there may be others with good experiences, but my mobile service call last month took 4 different calls to get it scheduled (for simple items). The actual technician was great, but scheduling and communication improvements are sorely needed.

I think my closest is Scottsdale, AZ, which I am guessing is "The Mothership". Do you just leave messages?

Did you call the main customer care number or the Scottsdale service center? My experience with Scottsdale service center is that I always get a call back within a half day.

Hey, thanks for the fast response.
On the App, I selected "Service" -> Service Center Locations -> Call Service Center
The only one is N. Scottsdale Rd., Scottsdale, AZ. I call it and leave a message.

Service History is strangely blank on the App, but I know my VIN has been "serviced" in San Francisco for the various known early-model issues.
Tire Service and Annual Maintenance I have not selected.

I really just need a 2nd key fob and card, the "tape-TSB" for the woofers, and a front license plate bracket.
I have a huge chunk missing out of my rear passenger tire that's deeeeeeeep and probably need that replaced, though I'm ought to just have my local tire place get me a new one, mount and balance I guess. Not sure what Lucid would charge me for the tire, but I bought it 2nd-hand so it sort of came that way.

I thought Lucid service was lickety-split.

Strange. I called Friday and brought my AirGT in right away. I’ve never had an issue with Tysons Service Center getting someone or getting call backs. I’ve had my AirGT for over two years and service has been great.

I am not sure if Scottsdale is the "Mothership". It is a decent size shop, but it is not huge. That said, I have had great relationship and service with the Scottsdale SC. I live about 6 miles from the Scottsdale SC. Most of the time, I just drive by and go in to talk to them or schedule services. They are a great team....you can see from my post last week.

I don't know if Colorado is part of their territory.

Nice BS8899. It's the closest place to Denver. There is a Lucid dealership in Denver, but they told me to, "Just use the App". They did say that they work with mobile service "trucks" that come out and perform basic duties and they are stationed in various locations, but when I asked where those were, she wouldn't tell me, but said there were none in Colorado.

Closest other "service center" seems to be California.

I called it "Mothership" because isn't that where Lucids are made? Maybe not.

Anyway, I've only called and left messages a few times (no call back). There is no other way to contact them via the App. Is there some "secret" way to talk to a human?

Thanks Adnillien. So, I call the Service Center and then do they have roving light-duty trucks or do they haul my car thousands of miles?
I mean, that seems a lot for a license plate bracket. Sorry, new to this.

Some have reported that if you try scheduling a service in the app even if it's unrelated, you will get a call back pretty soon. I would try booking a dummy maintenance appt but describe what you need in the details box and see what happens.

Also service centers are not open 24/7 like customer care is in case you are calling during odd hours.

I called Seattle (and got a human!) and they said Chicago services the Colorado region now, and they have a satellite technician who works out of Denver.
Since it's late in Chicago, I'll call tomorrow and see if I can get through. MAKING PROGRESS!

The gashed Pirelli HV tire I have that needs to be replaced can be (according to Service) done at any reputable tire place to mount and balance.
The TPMS of the 19" winter tires I'm obtaining is a "50/50" chance of sync-ing up with the car itself, to which case if-not I'll get a warning indicator and will have to have the tech come out and reset them.

I love forums. Very helpful. Thanks, everyone!

I just spoke to my Service Advisor at the Scottsdale SC. She told me Denver is not serviced by Scottsdale. She think it is either Chicago or Seattle.

I don't want to give out her number without her permission. I asked if she could research which SC service your area and see if she could get you a direct number to call.

I will forward the info accordingly.

Hopefully Lucid will open a Denver service center soon. I am confident that you will get a quick response from Chicago. If not, let us know.
