How Cool is Mobile Service?

Just had a great experience getting my Air's 1 year service completed. Lucid's mobile service option is so convenient, sort of akin to having a barber come out to the office for a shave. Lucid came out to my office and completed the full service including tire rotation in the parking lot. Never had an easier experience with any manufacturer. If Audi even offered it I'm sure they would charge $1000. Shout out to Lewis and Dana at the KoP center!

I had them come and do my annual inspection yesterday. I, too, had a great experience.

Yeah, I'll second this. While the back-ups at the service center is a pain point at the moment, my two interactions with mobile service have been good experiences.

My mobile tech is the best thing going for Lucid in my opinion. Regarding Audi, no need for them to offer this as they have plenty of service centers. I have 2 in my area. When I had my A8 I did have the option of them picking up my car for service at no additional cost.

The people at Lucid.... CAN overcome a whole bunch! Great people at my service center here in Scottsdale as well.... Now if we can just get my car headed in the right direction! Hahahaha

I once requested mobile service for my Air when I was visiting my in-laws in Coatesville, PA in a rural setting. The Lucid van from KoP appeared so quickly that I told the technician that it takes longer to get a pizza delivered there than it does for Lucid mobile service to arrive!
