Gravity on order day 1
My GGT that I ordered 11/7/24 is scheduled for delivery to my home in Wilmington, NC next week. If any of you have
experienced a home delivery, do you have any thoughts or suggestions as to what I should expect and what I should
check on before signing the final acceptance. This is my first Lucid, I am an early Tesla Model S (11 years) and Model
3 owner ( 6 Years). Thank you !

Here's one thread to start with.
If you search the "Gravity Delivery Discussion" thread for posts around the end of June and onward, you'll see posts about home delivery.

I live in central Virginia and had home delivery on August 9th.
Probably one of the biggest functions to check is your key fob and key cards since at least one is needed to put the car in gear.
However, there's more to check.

I had home delivery (of my Air) and it went pretty well. I didn't have a list of things to check out because I figured I could get things taken care of as I noticed them. My SA, John Clementino, was very good helping me get set up with face ID, profiles, walking me through the car's systems etc etc. Then he Ubered himself back to the dealer. It was a positive experience, and I can't think of a single thing that was lacking. I hope yours goes well too!

I live in Minneapolis and mine was delivered by a third party with a Lucid delivery specialist coordinating. The delivery specialist was going to do a virtual walkthrough at delivery, but the delivery ended up being later in the evening (around 6 pm) so he asked (and I agreed) to postpone the walkthrough. Based on this post and subsequent thread, I put together a checklist (PDF attached) that I used when I took delivery to make sure the basics worked. Before you sit in it or anything else, carefully walk around the vehicle to document any damage at all. Make sure you take pictures and send them to your delivery specialist (assuming they are remote). Mine got scratched during transport and we got the damage documented right away. I got a due bill to repair the exterior damage from Lucid and they assured me it will be addressed. After I went through the outside, I carefully looked at all of the surfaces on the inside, checking for any physical damage/issues, and then went through the checklist to make sure everything worked. In all, I probably spent 20-30 minutes going through the vehicle while the driver just stood there and waited. Once I confirmed everything was documented and/or worked, I signed the delivery acceptable paperwork and the driver's form.
