Hitting over 150k miles on my 2022 GT-P.

A quick take after 4 years of driving the car.
Overall, I'm happy.
A few minor quirks and a few major ones.
Minor ones, in no particular order:
Front signal blinker died - no warranty
Steering wheel button fell off - warranty
A/C stopped working - no warranty
Frunk locks - warranty
Whining - normal (if you are
married)

Major ones:
HV battery - warranty
Drive assist shudder - no warranty
Rear drive unit total failure - no warranty (didn't pay)

Overall, like i mentioned before, in happy/very happy with this particular car.

Got 2 more in my garage, wife's leased 2025 the Touring. Zero problems. Very soon (the next week) to be replaced by...the Grand Touring.
And the Sapphire, the absolute king on the road, any road.
Zero problems also.

Is there a better electric car out there?
Don't think so. If there is, please let me know.

Was really hoping this picture was the exact 150,000 one. Congrats though that’s a lot of seat time! I’m literally less than half of your mileage and feel like it’s a lot for me.

I’m also out of warranty and had some work done that Lucid covered. Totally unexpected but deeply appreciative. We are also a multiple-Lucid household .

Great overall experience for us, too.

Congrats @RM-S8 ! Haven't seen you post in awhile, so good to hear from you. When you say you had rear drive unit total failure but didn't pay, what did you mean by that? Is it drivable with that fault? Also glad to hear about your Sapphire. Absolute envy of the forum when you first posted pictures. Cheers!

Oh and whining can be improved by turning up the music - but all married men know that!
