Hello, Ive owned the AT now for 39 days. I want to discuss a couple of items. Any suggestions will help? Primarily, the radio is a complete mess! I have an Android phone, and I'm having trouble streaming music without it breaking up so severely that some songs freeze 5 or 6 times in one track. I have a road trip coming up with family, it's embarrassing to me, after having a car that looks so good. Can anyone help me? Secondly, my car phone mutes if I use it to make a call. If I use my phone to make calls, it's fine, but again, I'd like the car to do its job and make calls out as it should. Every time this happens, I reset the car's computer system, and it fixes the muting for a couple of days. Thus far, I have reset the car's computer system 4x in 40 days. Any suggestions. Does this happen to everyone, or is it just my car?

Another point, the referral points are limited so badly to a few items. Referral points should be used to purchase anything Lucid without limitations.

I researched before purchasing. I had been seeing these same complaints since the car's introduction in 2022. These complaints should have been taken care of many years ago., Does anyone try to make things better, or do these complaints fall on deaf ears?

The car is built too well for this not fixed.
 
These are all the same things I've been bringing up for years, and in general the I keep getting told there's an update coming...never fully fixes it, and two the forum members chant that I should have known better when I bought the car because they are "new" but I completely agree with you, this is unacceptable in todays world...
 
I hear these complaints and believe they are true. I have a 2023 Air GT and have no issues streaming from Tidal, Tune-In, or Sirius XM. Never a drop out or break up. There must be something environmental in these issues, (low cellular strength) or perhaps some issue with particular cars. (A lot of them it seems). There is a cellular signal strength meter visible on the display, when you have these issues is it low? (One bar or none?) It would be nice to nail this done. People ae rightly frustrated, but there ought to be a solution. Maybe a badly wired antenna? I don't listen to broadcast radio, so don't know how that performs. Since we all pretty much run the same software I would not rely on a software update to fix it. It feels like something else.

I would have purchased the AT anyway, I think it's the most beautiful car on the road. I was told that the antenna is located in the trunk; maybe I can purchase a booster or similar device.
Since 2022 I would have thought it would have been fixed. I sold my 23 Outback; it had an 11.5-inch display and never had an issue with the radio. Lucid is 3x more expensive $ I would have expected better from Lucid.
But Love the looks!

I have constant SiriusXM issues when my phone doesn't. I was told that the car uses LTE for streaming and not 4G/5G, like my phone, and that there was a planned software fix. I am not sure if the embedded cell modem can even use 5G but let's hope so.

I think quite a few of these issues can be attributed to a combination of hardware and AT&T coverage. Quite often I have low / no AT&T signal in the car while I have 5Guw on my 15 Pro Max with Verizon service. Don't get me wrong, I don't always have great service with Verizon but the car usually has worse signal on AT&T.

can't happen without hardware change/upgrade.

My phone is on AT&T and will stream just fine when my car won't.
