You might remember I posted my dissatisfaction about leaving the Chicago Goose Island facility with a seriously under-inflated tire. Today, the Lucid service van visited me (I live 150 miles from Chicago.). Eric, a very friendly and knowledgeable service technician, swapped out the questionable wheel. He discovered a large screen in the tire. Apparently it either picked up the screw when they were test-driving it the day before we picked it up or as we drove out the door. There is a lot of construction on Cherry Avenue on Goose Island, so it's not surprising this could happen. After swapping out the wheel, Eric meticulously reset the tire pressure sensor monitoring system and made sure all the tires were inflated to exactly the same pressure. I am very impressed with Lucid's quick response to my problem and the quality of its service.
