HA disables suddenly

The 2.4.4 update has been working well since I've installed it. The car is a little slow to react and decelerate when a car merges into my lane, especially if they merge a little to close for comfort. The deceleration on curves can be a bit harrowing waiting to see if the car will decelerate, some notification when the car detects a change in trajectory occurs would be nice. Sometimes the HA suddenly stops and disengages and flashes a red warning about it being deactivated. I would then have to long press on the ADAS button in order to reengage HA. Anyone come across this issue and know what would be causing it?
