I feel the same way about a single fob for a $120K vehicle purchase. It seems an odd place to cheap out and start the customer relationship off with a bit of a sour taste.

I’ll have to talk to my local SC. I’ve had an Air four different times without the charging cable in it.
 
Update: lucid came to pickup my car for service yesterday and dropped off a loaner. They decided to buy a few adapters for the SC and left one in the car for me lol so I count it as a win. Interestingly enough the car is being serviced because the center console will not register any of the key cards, which apparently will not be necessary anymore according to the post by nick twork.
 
as stated in the service thread- I was shocked that I got a GGT as a loaner yesterday from King of Prussia PA service
nice pleasant surprise and they stated I can use the turnpike at their expense

Good to hear that other service centers are providing adapters.

According to Twork's post, after two minutes the key card will have to be ready by the console reader. That's my understanding. We'll see.

Which car did you service with them Air or Gravity?

So I went to take my lucid gravity that I have for 45 or so days to the Torrance SC to repair a build quality issue that I flagged on delivery day as well as key cards that do not start the car. I obviously needed a loaner and was provided an Air that does not have NACS. When I asked for an adapter to charge at my tesla charger at home, I was told that they do not make any and finding an electrify America stall to charge. Is this common practice? How do they not provide adapters for gravity customers who clearly will have NACS setups at home. Beyond ridiculous! Genuinely want to return my car as it has been this nonsense and dealing with daily popups of errors. Had my car alarm go off yesterday and walked to see my frunk open for some reason.

There's a difference in electrical output between Level 1/2 home chargers (AC) and Level 3 fast chargers (DC)... It's all explained in this video and there's even a link to purchase the proper adapter to convert a NACS home charger so you can charge an Air if this happens to anyone in the future...

I’m guessing the DD issue you dealt with is more likely a bigger hardware problem.

But others have flagged that DD button won’t engaged if the steering wheel does not sense capacitive touch. So I was playing around a bit since my DD button was seemingly a bit finicky as well.

Today I tried holding only the bottom right (5 o’clock), hit the DD button and no bueno. Then when I moved my right hand to the top of the wheel (12 to 1 o’clock), DD engaged right away.

I canceled it twice and restarted twice and same thing. Still not fully scientific or broadly true for all, but it maybe a hack for my GGT.
 
Yes they replaced my wheel assembly

I just had an Air loaner for two weeks for my GGT and it had the mobile charging cable inside. This was two weeks ago. 🤷🏽‍♂️

There is a NACS to J1772 adapter that Lucid makes.

I did like the part of the video that shows that the on-board charger does the work with ac charging.
 
The GGT loaner we just got has the cable and adapters -- they're a bit haphazardly tossed in the watermelon holder, but they seem to be trying to get this around as quickly as possible. (There were still soap suds under the hood, but also pine needles in the back, ha.)
