Gravity in Atlanta

There are no particular reasons other than it is closer to us. We live in Coconut Grove, so BCC is our go-to for movies, and we made some friends at the Lucid Studio on the ground floor.

Of course, I have no experience with the World Center since this is my first Lucid. Is their service good?

Like you, we've been to the BCC studio many times, going all the way back to its opening. I've only been to the Worldcenter studio once when they had a prototype Gravity in which one could sit.

Our Air used to be serviced at Riviera Beach, the service center associated with the West Palm Beach Studio, which I've also visited several times. (We'll be going there this Friday to test drive a Gravity, something I wanted to do there instead of Miami because of much lighter traffic.) Our Air has been serviced at the Worldcenter, but only when being transported there by Lucid, so I don't have in-person experience with the attached service center. (We always found visits to the Riviera Beach service center very pleasant.)

Riviera Beach is 1.5 hours away, so I guess I’ll stick with the World Center service center for now. If they can do a good road force balance and wheel alignments, they are a pass in my book. I had a terrible experience with Tesla when they could not even figure out why my steering wheel was shaking.
