I was offered a place in line to order a Lucid Gravity Dream edition. I am leaning towards a GT though. I have an appointment to test drive one next month. In the meantime a had a few referral bucks, I grabbed some hats, glasses, mats, car cover... All these seem to be of very high quality... But I also got a Lucid Jacket. Not so great quality. The zipper does not zip. I raised an issue with Lucid, but after a second call, since Lucid ignored the first call, I got this response on the defective jacket:
"All orders from the Rewards Store are final sales.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Has anyone else had any issues with the Lucid Store and rewards orders or the jackets?
Someone had said that maybe Lucid had farmed out the Lucid Store? Even if that is true, it is under Lucid's website and Lucid is responsible.
BTW, the rest of the stuff is great.
