Hi everyone! I just got my lucid Air about a week and a half ago. I've regularly been losing about 4% charge overnight since i got it I noticed some postings here about phantom battery drain and tried turning off passive lock and unlock and tried checking on the car through the app less frequently.
Last night i was on an overnight shift at work so my car was parked in a parking garage well away from any keys and i had specifically turned off passive lock and unlock. I checked on it through the app a couple of times through the night and in the morning had still lost about 4% battery life. I reached out to customer service and they said this was normal behavior and the battery takes a month to calibrate to daily driving. The attached photo was taken when i parked at 8pm and the screenshot was from 1am.
Is this normal and should I accept that explanation? Thanks for your thoughts!
