After much trepidation and angst about bringing my Lucid to New York from Florida for the summer, I have to say that I just had a GREAT service experience.
Having received a call concerning the windshield wiper recall from the Riviera Beach service center, I let them know the car was in NY,
Since my Lucid is in NY and the closest service centers are in Massachusetts and Virginia, arrangements were made for mobile service
The technician, Oscar Loja, from the White Plains, NY area came to my house today and not only checked the wipers ( which were fine) but refastened the air dams, checked the total vehicle for updates, installed the Bear decals and refreshed the fobs. He is great…Lucid needs more like him.
