Extremely POOR service experience for Houston

I recently had a service appointment in Houston. I collected about a dozen issues from panel fitment, door and window issues, to camera and ADAS problems before scheduling the appt to avoid having my car away too many times.

My AGT was picked up and dropped off in an enclosed carrier.

Lucid put about 70 miles on my vehicle within the first 2 days and it came back to me a week later with a gift— the front undercarriage / bumper was scratched up and my Xpel was peeling off.

I’m amazed at such poor handling of a $150k car. I hated the Tesla service experience but this is making me rethink with 4 teslas from 2014-present. Never have I had an issue like this.

Anyone experience something similar? any suggestions on how to go about this? I sent them an email with pictures, requesting a call back, the moment I got my car back and I’ve not heard anything yet.
 
Perhaps you should start with a friendly conversation with your service advisor. You catch more flies with honey than vinegar.
