It's common on the West Coast to move around. No longer viewed as a bad thing unless a candidate has accumulated a bunch of 1-year stints.

Doubling down on this - the only reason I've been able to afford my lucid is from doing this exact thing - job hopping/boomeranging in tech increases comp so much its almost like a cheat
