Easy entry worsening

Previously reported seatbelt didn’t work properly to move seat and wheel into saved position. I now motion e when seat does move the seat mechanism is very loud. I’ve reported previous issue and no response. Does anyone have experience and solution. Thank you.

Sounds like you need to schedule service. Once repaired I recommend disabling the auto seat adjust feature when you enter and exit the car. All that unnecessary movement can't be good for longevity of that system.

Are you suggesting the system is not built to be used multiple times a day? . I’m confused. I paid all that $$ and can’t depend on the entry system. That actually scares me.

Annoyingly, I recently had to start using it as a way to try to reduce the wear and tear on the Pureluxe material, because it moves the bolster (which gets the bulk of the damage) back behind the B pillar so it's not getting as much contact.

I have no idea if it's going to work, but I also don't know how many times they are going to be willing to replace the driver's seat as a result of using such a fragile material.
