Well soup fans, the day seems to be arriving. I received two emails from Lucid. One was to let me know my final cost and the other was to do the finance and miscellaneous documents signatures. I am paying cash with a wire transfer knowing it will take 1-2 days for finalizing. I have a Wells Fargo Montgomery Street address in SF, so I am assuming that is the correct one since I remember someone had sent FedEx to a non-Lucid address they were given.
I have 48 hours to do the DocuSign, but I would prefer to wait on wiring payment until car shows up. Has anyone had any experience in this area? Obviously, I do not want to delay delivery but do not want to send $154k and then wait 2-4 more weeks. My state sales tax is astronomical so PPF and ceramic will be next month. I figure I will get the $7500 tax credit to soften the sales tax blow. I am getting excited...I remember the first time I was the diving officer on a nuclear sub & made a deep dive...same adrenaline rush. Wow, cannot wait!
