Distracted driver system goes off after 10-15min drive

Hi all,

I don't know if this started with update 2.6.11, but after 10-15min of driving, I'll get an error saying the distracted driver feature cannot detect me and turns off (the little crossed eye icon) until the next drive.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Is your steering wheel positioned low enough that the face camera can see you? It's the black rectangle attached to the bottom of the driver's display, above the steering column, which can block it.

I’ll double check the steering wheel position and see if it fixes the issue. Thanks

I have been getting this alert fairly regularly of late. I have the steering wheel positions so that this camera should be able to see my face easily and directly. I have tried removing my sunglasses, moving my head position, etc but I still keep getting it. I don't think there is anything blocking the camera's view of my face/eyes. Any thoughts?

I get it all the time. As soon as I look at my sideview mirror, or just glance at the pilot panel, I get disconnected. very annoying.
