Hi there,

The lease on my current EV SUV runs out the end of next month and I'm looking at switching back to a sedan. I've been interested in Lucid for awhile but now that I'm seriously looking it's surprising to me how few luxury EV sedans there are out there—most manufacturers just want to sell SUVs. (Maybe a better way to say it is most consumers have an appetite for SUVs these days.) But I digress... Really leaning towards a Lucid Air at the moment.

Just for kicks I looked at Costco's Auto Program and was surprised to see that Lucid is now one of the auto makes listed on their website. Since Lucid doesn't negotiate pricing with their customers (at least, not afaik), would going through Costco make sense for a Lucid? I've heard mixed reviews of the Costco Auto Program and wonder if I might get a better net price going direct, especially if Lucid has any month/quarter end incentives. From their recent earnings call I understand they have an "elevated inventory" of vehicles right now so additional offers in the coming weeks wouldn't seem out of the question. I'd be looking a leasing if that makes a difference.

It's dubious using Costco program that will be helpful since Lucid and Costco does not have any relationship. You can talk with a customer service rep at the local site and ask. They do occasionally have "manager's specials" where they will provide an additional unadvertised discount on top of the website's deals.
