Compliment

This afternoon, I'm in my Air getting ready to back out of a parking space after grocery shopping when a man in a Retired Navy cap knocks on my window and signals me to roll down my window. I do. "I gotta tell ya," he says, "I ain't never seen a more beautiful car in all my 77 years on this earth. You got a good now there, son." I'm 82, but I'll take the compliment on both the Lucid and the "son" compliment.

I thought I was the oldest Lucid owner (at least if my 2025 Pure is ever delivered.) Glad to see that i am close, but not. I hope that I live long enough to fnally see delivery!

Yep, when I get signaled to roll the window down, invariably I get told two things - one that makes me happy and one that makes me sad.
1. That's a beautiful car.
2. I haven't seen one in this area.
