RESOLVED CarPlay working now not working

Hi, all.

Need some help troubleshooting. My recently purchase Lucid is now not connecting to CarPlay. I had to take it into the service center because the speakers were rattling. Turned out to be a metal bar behind the back seat that was really rattling so they fixed that. When my husband drove to the service center, he used my key fob with my settings (he usually prefers to use the wireless key from the app since he doesn't drive it as much). However, upon getting the vehicle back, my husband noticed the CarPlay wasn't working so he had to redo the pairing with his phone. Then when I got to the car I have not been able to pair it with CarPlay at all. Every time I try to set the pairing it doesn't give me an option for CarPlay. It just connects via Bluetooth to the native system. I have deleted the Lucid on the Bluetooth in the iPhone and in the connectivity part of the pilot screen then re-paired. Still no luck. And weirdly now the Lucid is no longer Lucid when I try to pair, it is Lucid 382. I don't know why that is. When I connect via a USB however, it recognized and uses CarPlay. What gives? Any thoughts?

Thanks. Actually I figured out how to reset the on board computer and that fixed it.

While parked go into Settings and hold down the Air logo for 15-20 seconds. The screens will go blank and the computer will then reboot.
