The mobile service team finally figured this out. Way to go Ed!
The problem was when I used CarPlay, every time I left the house the volume in the lucid would go very low and would not respond to the roller buttons. I could only use Alexa to turn the volume up. And then 5 minutes later it would do it again. It didn’t matter what source I used. Same problem. The techs finally figured out it was an incompatibility with my canary app on my iPhone. Canary is a home camera monitoring system. Once deleted, no problem. Not a huge loss as canary is not a good system in my opinion. Happy to trash those cameras. They also thought the Eve app might be a problem. I deleted that also, as I wasn’t using it. But it seems Canary was the main problem.
