CA front license plate discussion

I mean, I have it in the car...haha. I'll just say I haven't gotten it mounted yet =P

This is exactly what I am planning to do in Illinois. Just picked up Touring on Saturday. Such a great car!

i've driven a tesla without front license plate for 4 years with no issues in CA. and dont plan on putting it on beautiful Lucid.

As long as you stay away from SF you will probably be safe.

Years ago I did get a "missing front license plate" ticket while my car was parked in a Santa Barbara paid parking lot. Apparently the "meter maids" (not gender specific) walked through all the public parking lots and wrote up tickets just for the missing front plate. This is also what is currently happening in SF.
