Can’t change radio stations

On my ‘23 GT on 2.5.0, as of the last week I can’t change the radio station. I can tap a station and the interface will show it as selected, but the audio will stay on the previous station. Doesn’t matter how many stations I tap, interface shows the selected station but the audio doesn’t actually switch to it.

Soft reboot fixes it, but only for a day or a few drive cycles. Have to reboot every day to use the radio.

Would love to understand what is fundamentally going on such that weird problems like this just keep cropping up (especially with infotainment) days or weeks after any applied OTA update.

Maybe not directly helpful, but in the meantime can you select a frequency with "Hey Lucid, play 88.5 FM"?

I had this issue as well for a couple days but one or two logo resets fixed it, and lucky for me it hasn’t come back

I have the same issue. 24 GT on 2.5.4. Am/fm radio stuck on one station. Xm doesn’t work at all (separate telematics issue). Unfortunately soft reset doesn’t fix it.

It’s happened to me a few more times since my post. My XM has also been spottier than usual. I’m guessing these issues are being addressed

A month-plus after reporting this issue, I just wanted to report that it is mildly hilarious to my wife that I cannot change the radio station in my $132k MSRP vehicle without waiting over a minute to “reboot” it, as if it were running Windows 95.

She likes the seat massage though.

My home is out of cellular coverage and when I depart, I could not get XM. I found that weird since XM is satellite based but I discover the Lucid XM radio is cellular based. Then I ask myself why would I pay for that when I have the XM app on my phone which works great with Apple Car Play. So I let the free subscription expire and get all the XM I want from my phone.

My FM radio stopped working entirely today, along with Spotify. A steering wheel reset didn't bring them back. I'll let it sleep overnight.
