Where are the 12 V batteries located on a Lucid air? And what maintenance can be done to them?

One is located under the right rear well in the trunk. The other one, I believe, is under the rear seat. There is no maintenance to be done on them but the service says to replace them at 4 years, 48k miles.

I’m assuming that this cannot be done by the owner?

Do you know why there are two 12v batteries? Do they have different functions? Can you “jumpstart the car” if the battery dies?

Can someone who has done it take a quick video of where exactly one would jump the 12v battery? I know it’s behind the rear passenger wheel well, but how far? What do the cables look like? Can someone make a sticky thread with photos and/or video to benefit everyone to whom this might happen? :)
