Back up Stop for no reason

I saw where there have been some front stops for apparently no reason. I had a situation yesterday with a back up stop from parking for no reason. It was raining for the 1st time. As I’m slowly pulling out a sudden STOP and hard brake with nothing behind me. It did it twice. I got out, wiped water off the back bumper (sensors) and it solved the issue. Perhaps the water on the back up cameras??
