Anybody experience this with their massage seats?

So my car has been in service in Houston for the past six weeks with a list of minor issues and a battery imbalance issue that necessitated a full battery swap. One of the issues was my driver's massage seat malfunctioning. On deep mode (or any of the other modes that uses the rollers), it would work great for the first few minutes, then the rollers stopped working altogether. This is not after repeated massages, it happens on the first session. It has been doing this since January consistently every time. Service has tested it and says it's working fine. I've asked them to retest it as the thought of losing my car for another six weeks isn't appealing if the problem isn't fixed. Anybody else have this issue? Is there something I can suggest to service to focus on to have this more thoroughly checked? Thanks in advance!

I’ve had my 2025 Pure for almost a year, use the massage feature almost every day, it runs for 20 minutes then stops (by design, it counts down).

When it starts does your display show 20-minutes or something less?

Does it always stop after the same time period?

It stops about a minute or two into the massage and my time limit is set for 20 min

Do both seats have the same issue? If so that points to a software issue. If only one does that would point to wiring or motor issues.

Have the Service writer state in writing that it is normal for it to stop before the 20-minute timer on the display has expired and then escalate via corporate.

They tested it for a third time and apparently it's fine. I sure hope so.
