Android Mobile App 2.12.0 - Is Anyone Else Having Problems?

I had the Lucid widget on my home screen. I removed it a couple of hours ago and the app seems to be behaving normally since then. I can revisit it and it has updated info and responds to climate control and other commands.

It was badly misbehaving earlier today, so I don't think an update was in play.

If you have the widget going, try getting rid if it and see what happens. Interested to know if this is just me, just a one-time thing, or if it's a possible cause.

I think you may be on to something. I deleted my widget, and the app seems to be waking the vehicle remotely with no trouble. Still needs more testing, but so far, so good. Thanks!

Following @CrashDummy's advice, I removed the Lucid widget from my Pixel 9 phone, and waking my car remotely is now behaving normally. (Auto-open even seems to be more responsive, but that could be wishful thinking on my part.) I should point out that I just picked up my car after its 2nd annual service, at which time 2.8.17 was installed. I suppose it's possible that it was some fix in 2.8.17 that is causing the app to behave, but if you are having remote wake problems, I think it's worth a shot deleting your widget and finding out. Having deleted it, I don't know why I ever bothered installing it in the first place. Thanks, @CrashDummy!!!

My app is finally working again too. I was having to force stop and clear cache every time or else it would never connect to the car. I also have the widget, but I didn't remove it and today everything seems to be working again. I don't think the problems were in the app version, but were "server side" with Lucid. This is on a Pixel 9 Pro.

My phone app now wakes the car correctly, but I still can't share a location from the app to the car. This was an issue on a recent road trip, as "search in your vehicle" doesn't work well when HERE maps has an incorrect name for the business.
