Air Rear Console Display

I rarely have any passengers sitting in the rear of my 2023 AT. However during a recent trip my daughter noticed the rear console touch screen was inoperative. It wasn’t responsive when she tried to adjust the temperature. After a closer look the screen did light up but was not functional. The rear environment was still functional from the front panel so we could at least control the rear temperature. We believe the display may have never worked…. Mobile service has been out twice, trying a variety of troubleshooting strategies including disconnecting power and changing out the entire center console (you can’t replace the rear screen…). Last option is to replace some control module which requires them to truck my car to their shop in Ft. Worth for a one day quick repair. My Mobile Service technician has been great, but we’re running out of options. At least he opened my ticket last December so it’s being covered under warranty even though I just exceeded 3 years and 50K miles.

Anyone else have this problem with their rear console display?

it goes with out saying but did you actually lock the back screen from the front ? I believe there is an option to lock the screen.

Yes, the display was unlocked.

I have a 23 AT and mine broke as well. I also suspected that it had been broken for a while since usually my kids are the only ones back there usually. One day i thought id try it and noticed the screen was black no matter what i tried. Service confirmed that it was broken and replaced it for me and its been fine since. I also had the pilot panel motor, charge port door, and front usb ports break at various times but it was all covered. I’m now past 50k myself so im hoping ill be good for a while!
