Hey Hari, I haven't yet made my purchase, though I'm definitely still headed in that direction. Access to service has been one of the main decision points, so I've been investigating that thoroughly. (I'm one of those weird/annoying people who researches something to death before I pull the trigger.) For a while I was getting mixed indications of whether the Nashville service center is still open and operational. According to several people that I've contacted at Lucid, it's still active and mobile service is still offered here as well. There's even a local body shop that they've contracted to do those types of repairs. Major work gets sent out of state (Roswell, GA, I believe), which isn't too bad.Hey Tim, did you buy Lucid? I was wondering if you could share your opinion based on your research, I live in Nashville and my concern are around the service.
The more I learn, the more at-ease I am with purchasing a Lucid - at least as far as the car itself and the options for servicing it are concerned. Of course, the company's long-term viability is still a little more of an unknown/unknowable than most of us would like, but I'm beginning to make my peace with that. (Fingers crossed for the 3 new models to make a much needed big mass-market splash.)
