Air Pure: MY26 vs. MY25 WLTP Range Increase

Just came across these range numbers on the Germany and U.S. Lucid websites for the Air Pure:

WLTP Range:

• MY25: 747 km
• MY26: 831 km

EPA Range:

• MY25: 420 mi
• MY26: 420 mi

Wonder why the WLTP range was increased by over 11% with MY26, this is quite significant.
The MY26 Air Pure's WLTP efficiency is now at 11.8 kWh/100 km, which is lower than the "new efficiency kings" Mercedes CLA (12.3 kWh/100 km) and the new BMW i3 (expected to be around 13 kWh/100 km).
