I also had only rare success in engaging hands free driving on 3.6. Typically after a short period of driving, the driver attention alert would pop up, making it impossible to engage.
I was really looking forward to 3.6.3, which I installed two days ago. Yesterday I went out for my first post update drive and was really disappointed to see that the same dash warning popped up again. I called customer care and am waiting for a call from Houston service center.

Having our cars visible on the roads and with positive things to say about them is critical to Lucid’s survival. That won’t be possible if Lucid can’t get software right in a timely fashion. I think new leadership understands this, and I hope they will be able to execute.

I'm in a somewhat similar situation and I truly agree with the frustrations expressed by the original poster. My Dream Drive had been working great after 3.6.0 and I just updated to 3.6.3 this past weekend. About 15 minutes into my first drive after the update, while using Dream Drive, the ADAS abruptly stopped working and no amount of both soft and hard resets in the last several days has resulted in return of ANY of my ADAS functionality. I also placed a call to customer care and I am stuck waiting for a response from the Houston Service Center just so that I can SCHEDULE a service appointment as there are no available appointment times for the next several months on the app at the Houston location.

I feel like with all of the service appointments and software failures that I have had in my short 8 months of ownership, I can't in good conscience recommend this vehicle to any of my colleagues. I'm sure that there are a ton of people in the same boat. Lucid HAS to do better or it will be another failed EV company with some really amazing technology. It's a real shame because I had such high hopes for Lucid when I first started learning about the Gravity and the company. Right now, I am seriously regretting my purchase because I can't go for more than 2 months without having to go to the service center to have something addressed or fixed.
