A tech from Lucid in Michigan told me there is no actual satellite reception device. Rather they use ATT cell data. Living in Colorado, it creates a problem driving in rural and mountain areas. Has anyone found a workaround or improvement, so signal is not lost?

So, I would like to use Alexa to select my Sirius XM station and it(Alexa) says that Sirius XM is not supported on this device. Any idea if I can do anything????
