master quality

Hi guys, perhaps I didn't search well enough but I couldn't find a definitive answer to my question. Are we able to download Tidal music offline directly to the vehicle in Master quality yet? I drive a lot in the mountains where cell coverage likely wont be able to maintain the ~10mb/sec needed
