lucid air doors

It's coming up on a year with my lucid and I'm starting to think about what to do after 18 months. My biggest issue is my doorav at the moment. I know this has been addressed numerous times around the reliability of the mobile key, but I'm just shocked by how even the key fob is awful at opening...

My friend's lucid doors do not soft close and are required to slam. What is going on?
