High Voltage Interlock (HVIL) Loop Open Fault

Me too! I'm very impressed with their proactive response. I had zero warnings or faults or issues. My guest house/garage burned to the ground in a fire a few years back and rebuilt last year. I discarded a paper towel I used to wipe off wood stain and put it in the garbage can next to said...

High Voltage Interlock (HVIL) Loop Open Fault

Ok, so I got a call from the local Lucid tech here in Austin inquiring if I had experienced any problems with my Air GT as my car triggered an LVIL open loop alert seen on their system. Does anybody know anything about this fault? Is there a fire potential? Battery issue? I'm clueless what...

    Mobile key question

So the mobile key is spotty and some have it worse than others. Regardless, it's a known problem to access entry to our cars. It's unacceptable for a car of this quality to have entry problems. My questions are: is Lucid actively trying to fix it? Is this a hardware issue that is unsolvable via...

    OTA Update 2.7.0

No problems here except for the fact that I've grown so accustomed to not having AA in the Lucid, I need to retrain myself how to use AA instead of the native navigation

2022 Infinite Black GT Give me your best wrap ideas!

Thanks! I love it. I had to wrap the roof as the two tone just gave me the '84 Oldsmobile vibe. Some people love it, but it's not for me.

2022 Infinite Black GT Give me your best wrap ideas!

I shopped around a lot. Full wrap, chrome delete, and black PPF on roof was $7000. I spent almost $2000 more on everything else. Tough pill to swallow, but loving the results. This car is a dream to drive, so it'll be a keeper--hence the additional investment to protect it ong term.

2022 Infinite Black GT Give me your best wrap ideas!

It's been fine. No visibility issues or odd coloring. Xpel and gtechniq work great together, but you can't use gtechniq with Suntek films. I had to go with revive coating, but it was slightly more expensive. I'm happy with the results so far. I've been told that applying exo over the csl...

The best intentions to stave off battery degradation

Strategy, not tragedy. Although I suppose it did feel somewhat tragic

The best intentions to stave off battery degradation

So I had a round trip to Corpus Christi today from Austin--221 miles leg/442 round trip. The only EA chargers are in San Antonio--roughly 80 miles from my house. I know the following: 1. Charging the battery to 100% should be avoided 2. DC Fast Charging should be used sparingly 3. Don't let...

    Ventilated seats underwhelming anyone?

Thanks for suggestion. Ill give it a try. I did find the max AC setting made a huge difference vs regular AC in the cabin

    Ventilated seats underwhelming anyone?

Well summer arrived early in Austin, Texas this year and after a torturous round of golf in 100-degree heat, I decided it was time to turn my ventilated seat feature on full fan. Problem was it didn't seem to be working. Or if it was, it had emphasyma. Anyone else experiencing the lackluster...

    Bluetooth phone connection bugs

I wonder if any iPhone users are experiencing the same thing or is it just us lucky Android/Lucid bunch again?

    Bluetooth phone connection bugs

Often, when I make or receive calls on my Samsung fold 5 phone, I connect, hear them perfectly, but they can't hear me. I turn off Bluetooth on my phone and, voila, they hear me fine on my phone held up to my ear--really convenient while driving. Then I'll park, go shopping, and it works fine...

Tesla Level 2 Home Charger to 2025 Air

I live in Texas and the summer heat in my garage coupled with the heat that emanates from the car while charging would trip my Tesla Level 2 charger. I backed the amps on the charger itself down to 40 amps and used a 50 amp breaker. A little slower, but I didn't want to burn my guest house...

    Dream Drive Pro Erattic Today

Today while driving on the highway, I activated the drive assist function and it acted haywire, so much so, that I deactivated it For safety reasons. I was fighting it the whole time while it quickly bounced from the left side to the right side of the lane. I've driven this particular stretch of...

    Still hating Elon Musk?

This is a nasty thread on both sides of the argument. Why does everyone have to be so insulting to large groups of fellow citizens? I too believe the OP was inflammatory and trolling, but to cheer on such an inflammatory and insulting response is just as bad. It was best to just ignore him. I'm...

In my defense though, I have four daughters and a wife. That alone keeps the speed in check.
