After chasing Service team for almost 3 months, they were able to finally "isolate the noise to be coming from brake hardware on both front and right side calipers". The noise appears to have disappeared post brake assembly replacement. No clunk since then.

@AwesoM - Were they able to fix the issue you mentioned?

I believe I have the same issue. The sound is not as bad as yours but I did report it to Lucid Service center. After almost 2 weeks in the shop - "the concern has been escalated and we are working with engineering to solve it" Here is what they did so far but the noise is still present...

Are you still liable for the excessive miles if you decide to purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease? Or is that something you negotiate?
