I really like the new electric M3 concept. Definitely on my radar screen as my next vehicle after my Lucid lease. Though light on technical details, I'm definitely interested in what 4 motors and the Neue Klasse platform bring to the table for efficiency and dynamics.

I press the door handles frequently to wake up the car. I do that perhaps 25% of the time the car doesn't present the door handles when I approach carrying both the fob and my phone.

Even the Natick SC here in MA is backed up for over a month for appointments. :(

I agree with the OP in general as well. The marketing overhyped the end product which is a shame. I also fault myself for believing the marketing to be a realistic expectation for DDPro and V2H. I am more practical now in my expectations. Like someone said, only buy what you’re getting now...

I think I would consider either the BMW Neue Klasse i3 or the Mercedes C-Class EV… but much preferably M or AMG variants if available to close the performance gap with the Air. I’ve enjoyed the spacious size of the Air, but it’s a touch larger than I need.

Agree. This does seem like a loss of power steering or something similar. For a heavy vehicle like the gravity, it would be even that much harder or nearly impossible to turn and maneuver.

Funny enough... I did get one (3X SUV) and we thoroughly enjoy it! It juxtaposes perfectly against our Air Touring, and it's actually a fantastic vehicle for what it is. :D

My other car (SUV) is an EV and it heats amazingly well. Within minutes we're totally warm and comfortable even in this cold. It even automatically turns on seat heaters and steering wheel heat depending on the outside temperature right when you get in. Quite impressive and it's night and day...

Yes, mine is also drafty with cold air when driving on the freeway. I've learned to accept it, but it is aggravating to be sure since the heating can't keep up. The HVAC on Auto also doesn't appear to want to have the fan on the dash vents to blow strongly which exacerbates the situation.

I agree as well. It's easy enough to retrain myself, but the first time was a surprise and I almost hit another car.
