    Gravity 75 mph Range

That’s why Lucid does the worst comparatively at 80mph? Look at the numbers posted…Lucid loses more range at 80mph than the others. Not sure Lucid is doing anything special to improve the situation. For whatever reason, Lucid is more negatively affected by speed variances than other cars, and I...

Beyond the Charging Curve: What Are Your Real-World DCFC Speeds?

Rawlinson’s 200 mile car will have 80 miles of usable range 😂

mi/$ not that great in CA for EVs?

E-ELEC makes most sense if you have heat pump for winter months. Otherwise no point. Most of us on E-ELEC are forced onto it because of NEM3

mi/$ not that great in CA for EVs?

Looks like off-peak for EV-2A dropped to 31 cents off peak. I think it was 34 or 36 cents before? I could be way off though lol

    Dream Edition aiyoooo!

But weirdly enough the DEs actually had better real world range because of the larger/different battery. This time around DE and GT share the same battery right?

    DreamConnect Premium

Connectivity fees suck, but unfortunately it’s understandable. Luckily for Lucid, you can always use Apple CarPlay if you want to use streaming services without a subscription. With Rivian and Tesla you don’t have any backup option. I would probably just stop using the built-in apps and switch...

    Raging BUY at $2.26?

665 + 800 is 1500 vehicles. Same rate as last year no?

    Dream Edition aiyoooo!

Given GT had a $140k msrp and DE was 170, that puts them both exactly at a 48% resale value. So I guess it’s safe to say they are the same. In terms of raw $ lost, the GT and cheaper cars would be better. But this is almost always the same and not surprising.

Where do you see that? Looks like the resale is worse than other models

Sadly saying goodbye to my Lucid

Sounds like bad luck…tires and wheels are not rocket science. These are pretty standard sized things. It unfortunately does happen and could happen to any car. Anyway, sorry that one bad experience has turned you to sell your car! I would say give it another chance, but good luck either way!

    Dream Edition aiyoooo!

Usually has to do with bigger brakes with other OEMs when they make a high performance versions of a car.

    Dream Edition aiyoooo!

Looks like a great deal! If I recall correctly the Air Dream Edition was far more than $14k over an equivalent GT right?

    Gravity Orders Discussion

    So what’s new? 😅

Long time EV owner looking at Gravity

Lucid is marketed towards “drivers”. Similar to Porsche, they have terrible ADAS too. Both take a slightly different approach to Driving Dynamics, but it seems to me that Porsche is who Lucid is aspiring to compete with. But yea, you don’t buy a Porsche or a Lucid for the ADAS

    Gravity Orders Discussion

You can lease those all for cheap. Buying a 6 figure EV isn’t a great move in this economy unless your net worth is high enough that lighting $100k on fire doesn’t affect you. Certainly there are some that can do that, and I’m definitely jealous of being able to do that too!

Long time EV owner looking at Gravity

If FSD is a priority for you, you're not going to like what Rivian and Lucid offer. I've owned all 3. Rivian and Lucid driving assist is not only very simple highway lane assist with lane changing...it only works on mapped freeways. So if you're on a low-traffic expressway or single-lane road...

EV Competition....Tesla Losing Ground. Can Lucid stay a relevant player?

i'm not sure that's true. If you look at the BYD offerings in Europe. It's terrible. They are 2-3x the price of their chinese counterparts. BYD Dolphin for example sells for $10k in China and $25k in EU. Sales have been quite bad as well

Successful UX 3.0 and we become a dual Lucid household

It’s reliable enough…it can just sometimes glitch out and be so darned slow. Sometimes it takes messing around with the phone to get the door to unlock, then you get in and it takes a bit for the systems to boot, occasionally it won’t set me seat profile up for up to a minute while it’s...
