Bah, when I said "but that's new" I specifically meant to say "but that's not new". I can't think of any car profile settings I would want to change from the phone, but I guess if the change rolls out to Android I'll see if I'm wrong.

I'm on android and I find I can edit my profile image in the app, but that's new. It's done by tapping the hamburger menu in the top left, tapping on your profile, tapping edit, and then tapping your profile picture.

I'm in Ann Arbor, but Chicago is only a 3 hour drive. I'd suggest we meet between Detroit and Chicago in Indiana, but... who wants to go to Indiana. :)

I've not noticed increased delay, but NHTSA regulations require rear cameras to display video in less than two seconds after the driver places the vehicle into reverse gear. If it's reliably longer than that I expect a fast fix.

I live in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and the mobile service has been great. Once they came out to my home to cover some post-delivery items and worked from my driveway. Once they came down and traded my touring for a loaner grand touring, swapping back a week later. Never a hassle and comes back...

While I don't recommend it as a cleaning strategy I'm happy to report that the key fob I ran through a full washer (but not dryer) cycle still works. I opened it up, threw away the battery, poured out the water, and then left it for a few days to dry. When I put a new battery in today it works...

They dropped off a Grand Touring when picking up my Touring. Replaced the seat back pocket upholstery from the original due bill, adjusted the frunk auto-open/close, and detailed it beautifully. Swapped it back five days later here are the house with zero hassle. Really great experience! Thanks!
