I have had very similar experiences with my car. Does not appear to be unique. Having it picked up for service soon. It is embarrassing when I can’t get into the car. Also the air Conditioning is uneven. Feels warm around the head and neck.

They won’t respond. Doesn’t look like they have a fix for this issue. Unfortunately you are stuck with it. If your car is new take it back and have them replace it.
