Has anyone here successfully had their Lucid seat cover replaced under warranty? Mine is in its third year with about 30K miles, and I’m wondering if Lucid has covered similar issues for others.

I started charging at night and it charged ~5% and then stopped. In the morning I went to the app and clicked on "Start Charging" and the behavior is in the image . Its not first time I am seeing this, It randomly starts and stops the charging Does any one have this weird issue?

Yeah I too have same issue. When scheduled, starts/stops charging randomly. At times I wake up in the morning and realize that it didn't charge.

After the update, I started seeing the rear camera error on cockpit panel. It started working again after soft reset .

Just sharing in this thread for reference. While reversing, my sensor didn't detect the wall and ended up with the scratches . I regret for not having the 3D view. I contacted a Lucid certified body shop over email/phone, they quoted ~3k and mentioned that they have to order some one time parts...

I turned off the “Lock Rear display” and still I am able to heat the rear seats from the rear screen. When I tried this, no one is sitting in rear seats. Software bug??

May I know how do we find the built month of the vehicle? Mine is 23 Pure AWD and has E designation(starts with 50E...), also my VIN doesn't match with the sample format shared here https://carfast.express/en/vin_decoder/lucid/air . Am I missing something ?

23 Pure with no DDP and just DD , received update on Friday 27th.

I had same issue with Pure 2023 with ~4k miles on it. Service took care of it by replacing it with a new one. Its been a week now . So far looks good.

Conquest credit and referral credit were added to me upfront … i.e before the purchase.. purchase and delivery happened in March24

Another option we can check is to pull the car seat head rest and use its metal to break the glass. Some headrests metal bars are designed for this purpose.
