I don't expect you to go back and read my previous posts. However, I am not a supporter of a "lemon law" action. Besides, lemon laws vary by state. Also, when you write, "Lucid should either fix it (if they can), or state something about it (if they can)", we are in violent agreement.

It would be good to know why some owners are having high success rates with unlock while others are having such a different experience.

Segbrk may think it's minor...maybe because it happens less frequently to them. BUT, if it is a minor problem, why doesn't Lucid tells us what's going on and if a fix is in the works or if we have to live with this for the life of the car?

It's reasonable to expect fairness in marketing. Lucid has a problem with unlocking. I don't know if Lemon Laws would cover such a thing. Why doesn't Lucid simply tell customers about this problem? They lose credibility by staying mum.

I'll say it here again, Lucid, please respect your customers by issuing a formal explanation. What is the problem with consistent unlocking?

I'll say this here and I'll say it again where appropriate. We have lots of delays unlocking and it's very, very annoying. Wish that Lucid would make a definitive statement about this.

Makes sense. I get it that everything should be focused on getting Gravity out the door by the end of April. But, if new hardware is needed so that Air customers can get into their cars, we expect Lucid to do the right thing and recall cars that have annoying (and probably dangerous) lockouts.

It's a real problem. Sadly, those who don't experience it think that those who do experience it are whiners. Some of them who don't agree with us are very influential on this forum. I worry that those attitudes take away from Lucid realizing how serious a problem this is.

In a post earlier in March, Zothor said he turned off "always running" and the unlocking works better.

Great work Zothor! Where is the setting you recommend? In the Pilot Panel (lower center touchscreen)? If so, can you provide a little more detail about what needs to be turned off?

Glad that you are trying to narrow down the issues. We've contacted local service. We've waited for answers from central customer support. If it's user error, no one has told us what we're doing wrong. When we do get an answer, we get some strange ones. I hope no one gets in trouble, but...
