    ABRP

    Thanks, good to know.

    ABRP

I remember now why I couldn't get Enode to work -- I didn't want to give them my login credentials. There is supposedly another "generic" way that generates a token... But it is developer only, so, no bueno. I drive to LA from the SF Bay Area alot. I only need one stop and I have it down...

    ABRP

Has anyone been able to get live data from the Air to ABRP? I've doen this on my wife's Ioniq 5 via an OBDII port and it works great. I'd like to get that running on my AIr, but, no OBDII port. According to ABRP, there is a way via Enode. I haven't been able to figure that out, however.

    Gravity [Grand Touring] Reservations Tracker

I came here to see if any of the plebes are taking delivery yet. I can't see anyone taking delivery....? I have an Air, not thinking of a Gravity in the near future. But I am curious.

What topic are you most interested in for our next AMA?

Lot's of good suggestions here like V2H and Dash Cam. But I miss Android Auto every time I seat in the car. It's been 3 years now (for me). I'm beyond annoyed. (Yes, I did get the aftermarket box, but it just doesn't work as well as it could. No need to get into it here).

    New App

First encounter with the new app not so shiny. It keeps asking me to add a payment method to my mobile wallet, even thought there is absolutely a credit card attached. THe notification says the charge service is disabled. Does that mean I can't charge at EA using P&C? I don't use that very...

Getting Android Auto into the Lucid

Sounds reasonable. I see you're in Santa Clara. If you want to borrow mine to see if it works for you, we can meet up.

Getting Android Auto into the Lucid

Exactly this. Around town, I'm happy to listen to NPR on Sirius and I don't need Nav. On the open road, I want both Nav and playlists on my phone. Totally different use cases for me.

Getting Android Auto into the Lucid

I've been running it awhile. I leeave the box unplugged unless I'm going on a ling trip.. It is aggressive in grabbing your phone and putting AA up on the screen. I just want AA on long trips, not around town.

    Mobile Connector Flashes Red

I think I figured it out. If you plug the car in before the mobile connector has power, it just starts freaking out. The number of red flashes signal different things, but I think essentially all error codes are tripped if you plug the car in first. Remembering carefully, I'm pretty sure...

    Mobile Connector Flashes Red

I have a question about the mobile connector. First a bit of background. I'll try to keep it short. I frequently go to my daughter's house ~300 miles away. I had a NEMA 14-50 installed at their house so I could charge when I visit. The first time I plugged the mobile connector in, it...

I'd support you in going next year. Dave, not so much.

The I-90 Surge by Out of Spec Studios

If there is one thing I learned from doing labs in college physics, is that you can't extrapolate from a single data point. I'll just leave this here with no further comment.

The I-90 Surge by Out of Spec Studios

I got to the point of where the Lucid turned on their flashers and then walked away. I just couldn't watch anymore. I doubt anyone was trying to deliberately sabotage the Lucid team, as mentioned above, but it is mind-boggling that the same mistakes were made repeatedly (not charging enough...

The I-90 Surge by Out of Spec Studios

I'm about an hour into Part 4, and won't finish until later today or tomorrow. Please don't tell me its the Lucid that gets towed! One of my critiques of the Lucid is that the GOM isn't as good as it could/should be. The estimated range on arrival is notoriously optimistic. I recent;y want...

The I-90 Surge by Out of Spec Studios

I've watched the first three so far, and am (im)patiently waiting for the final release.

    Frunk? “Turtle mode”?

Yeah, a week-ish later and I can report that ctrl-alt-del worked.

    Frunk? “Turtle mode”?

Frunk reporting open -> turtle mode just happened to me. Speed was limited (on 2.4.10) to 12 MPH. Yes, it is very scary to be driving in traffic and BAM! Turtle mode. How about some software logic that gives people time to react? I mean, if the frunk was open at 65 MPH, it has already been...

Lucid Air as a car to teach my teenage daughter driving?

I don't even like my wife to drive my car due to the A-pillar blind spot. A new driver? Nope.

    Lucid Navigation Experience Survey

I took your survey and cross posted it to a Lucid forum on Facebook. My critique is that surveys never ask the questions I want to answer. Why do I prefer Google Maps over Lucid's Nav system? That's easy. I can look up an address on my phone (or PC) before I get in the car, and I don't...
