I have seen an intermittent problem with switching drive gear from park mode. It is stuck at P unless we do a deep reset. It has happened to me twice in 3 weeks. Has anyone else seen this? How to fix it?

Similar situation here. 2 weeks into ownership and car is barely 300 miles. Then I saw a bubble on one front tire. No rim damage, no pothole. Contacted customer service and will update what will happen.
