Good to know. In my case, ambient outdoor temp was in 40’s. As you said, it may be a bad batch of lights from factory. Maybe it’s a quality control problem. I just hope they’re able to find a definitive cause so we can put this the proverbial rear view mirror.

I’m using CarPlay. Phone worked for several months but then quit working after 2.1.5. Spent half an hour with tech support but to no avail.

I was given a DE as a loaner while my Pure was in the shop and I thought wind noise was louder in the DE. Maybe due to the glass roof?

Tech attempted twice to remedy air infiltration around top of driver window and while it’s improved, still not up to snuff. I inquired with Plainview service center but they were unable to find a service bulletin that referred to a redesigned seal.

I love, love, love the guys at Plainview. The left headlight on my Pure failed and had to bring car to Plainview whereupon they gave me a Dream Edition for a loaner. Both headlights were replaced and returned to me today. I'm a happy guy.
