    Finally first time seeing turtle

Just got the Turtle over the weekend. It had been a minute since a critical failure so I was getting lulled into a false sense of security. Tow truck is on the way to take it to the service center. For those that have this done, how long was the turnaround on the fix?

    Regenerative braking

Did you get anyone to look at this? This sounds a lot like what I'm experiencing.

    Regenerative braking

No. I seldom charge above 80%. Problem has happened <20% and most of the time I'm 50-80%.

    Regenerative braking

My regenerative braking basically stopped working entirely earlier this month. I've been trying to get my car into the shop to repair, but even with being provided an "exception" the earliest they can get me in is after Christmas. Anyone had this issue before? The car just doesn't slow down if...

Lucid Air Sunshade, Glass Canopy — Now Available

Sad to lose my unobstructed view of the sky but bought them and installed them and my wife is much happier now. Temperature is noticeable and they didn’t add a claustrophobic element I was worried about, at least in the front. In the rear the ceiling is a little lower. They might be annoying...

Can I Make it to Vegas?

FYI the Baker station has been taken offline, something I discovered while driving there. I’ve driven from LA to Vegas without a charge before but that’s starting at 100%. I can’t do that on the way back and it’s gonna be rough. Apparently it’s a planned outage with no ETA per customer...

    RESOLVED Deteriorating Service

It’s just a clown show here start to finish. I was able to get my car in but then they didn’t look at it for a while. Now they are claiming they can’t replicate faults when I gave them times when it occurred. They need to cause the faults on an active drive if it’s not being displayed...

    RESOLVED Deteriorating Service

I'm an owner and I think the conclusion is correct. The customer service has been abysmal. I've appreciated that I've been able to get help from reps on this forum, but this shouldn't be required. I've had nothing but problems with my vehicle since I got it in November and none of my problems...

    RESOLVED Deteriorating Service

Yeah, I've been trying. My service center (Beverly Hills) takes weeks to even return my calls. It's ridiculous.

    RESOLVED Deteriorating Service

Definitely feeling this. I have a combination camera/radar sensor issue and they are telling me they can't even look at it till the middle of May, on something I reported three weeks ago.

Ordering and Delivery: Lucid Air Touring

Apparently not for me. It'll require me to bring the car in, and they can't even look at it for two weeks. I think I've had enough.

GPS / location not working, stuck

Just got my car back last week from service for a new battery and front camera. Now I’m seeing this issue. Resets aren’t working and the car thinks it’s constantly in my garage. Won’t acknowledge speed limits anywhere (because it’s in my garage) and also the app won’t activate. Just constantly...

Lemon Law Disclosure Acknowledgement in Purchase Agreement

If it’s something you’re considering definitely talk to a lawyer before you do anything or let the shop know you’re considering it. I went through it with my Model S a few years back. Make sure when you’re signing any work orders that the dates and description of work is correct. Tesla tried...

Front radar not operational, still waiting for replacement

When we took delivery we were told that the team that does the initial inspections has gotten crunched on time and they are given about 25% of the time to do the detailing and such per car that they used to have. Not terribly surprising they are missing things.

    Lucid customer service experiences

Update on mine: They still don't have my car on the lift. Responses I'm hearing is they "are having trouble getting the other car off the lift" and that I'm in a queue. My completion timeline estimate has extended weeks on a project that still hasn't started. This is really unacceptable. Lots...

    New battery at 13500 miles

    Lucid customer service experiences

re: "Are there this many urgent issues" Yes. My car is getting a battery replacement and the date for fixing it has been pushed back due to the backlog of cars being worked on. I'm in LA where we have two different service centers and they are backed up. They've had my car for 3 weeks and...

    New battery at 13500 miles

Luckily there is no “first year” except to Lemon Laws. Hopefully it doesn’t come to that but I’m thankful it’s an option if it does. The manufacturer issues were a bit to be expected. But the engineering diagnostic failures are pretty unacceptable. I can’t believe the local repair studios...

    New battery at 13500 miles

Did you end up getting your battery changed? I'm scheduled for a replacement at just 4,000 miles and I have to say I'm concerned about a car with that major of an issue so early. Also frustrated because I had them check the alert and they told me it was nothing to worry about and they let me...

Will EA be the death of EVs?

I don't think EA is a sign of negative futures. If anything, it creates a hole in the market for the upcoming players that might close if EA had their *stuff* together. It's frustrating for those of us that rely on it, but EA is a drop in the bucket.
