I too would be interested in coming to Tyson's on 4/28. I believe the Sunday hours are 12 - 6. How about a 1pm meet?

    Scheduled charging unreliable

I guess I'm lucky. I have had zero issues with scheduled charging. My charging is scheduled to start at 9:55pm and end at 9:55am. I usually plug in after work around 5:30pm and it starts charging at 9:55pm as it's supposed to. If I'm home late and plug in at 11pm, it starts charging right...

Is the plan to visit the Tyson’s Corner center after the morning meetup? Has anyone spoken with the Tyson’s corner lucid people?

Sluggish after 2.1.52 update.. more glitchy.

I've found the car to be more responsive since the update. I am using an iPhone on Verizon wireless if it matters..

    DMV Lucid Owners

I'm interested and available on 3/16. I'm coming from Baltimore so 6am might be tough for me. Would love to meet some fellow Lucid owners - I'm feeling very lonely. Haven't seen another Air in a couple of months.

    Echo on speaker phone

I'm pleased to report that the latest update 2.1.52 appears to have corrected the echo problem during phone calls! I can now make calls in the car without having to use my airpods. I assume this is due to the improvements to Carplay that were part of the update (I have an iPhone). Thanks Lucid

    Annual Service

Sorry about your bad experience. FWIW, I had my annual service done a few months ago in my driveway. The mobile tech did everything on the list except the wheel alignment (which requires going to a service center). Took a couple of hours. The total cost was just over $400 after tax. I was...

"Practical" range on road trips is about 50% of EPA estimate for most EVs

This is why the increased range of the Lucid is so key. Let me explain. I have a Lucid Air Touring with 19" wheels (aerocaps removed). I have just over 15K miles and my lifetime efficiency is 3.6 miles/kWhr. This translates to a range of 331 miles (3.6 x 92kWh battery size) or about 78% of...

    How do your work calls?

Highly recommend AirPods. They make calls much better for the person on the other end

    Maryland Owners

I'm with you. I feel like I haven't seen another Lucid in months. When I first got my Lucid (12/31/22), I feel like I saw another one every week or two. Where did everybody go? I have a Quantum Grey Touring with 19" wheels and I'm in Lutherville. Still drive it every day and still love it...

How Much Range Are You Actually Getting?

I just passed 12,000 miles in 8 months. My lifetime efficiency is 3.6 m/kWh. On one long road trip, I went 295 miles (100% to 10%) before charging so I figured I could have gone about 325 miles before dying. I have a touring with 19” wheels which is EPA rated for 425 miles. I drive how I like to...

    Scheduled Maintenance

How long does the 12,000 mile service take? If I drive to Tyson’s and wait, I’d like to have an idea how long to expect.

    Scheduled Maintenance

I'm about to reach 12,000 miles and so I'm planning my first scheduled maintenance. I have a couple of questions for those who have already done this. 1. Did you go to the service center or did a mobile service van do the maintenance for you? I was told by Lucid that they could do everything...

    Echo on speaker phone

Me too. I have found that if I turn the volume down to 50% or less then it’s fine. Unfortunately, I find it very difficult to hear them easily at this level. This makes it very hard for me to make phone calls through the car

I tried it once and it worked. Thanks Neurio! Now I just have to remember to pause the song 😏

NACS (Tesla adapter) versus CCS Megathread

I think NACS has won and CCS has lost in North America. Between them, Tesla, GM and Ford represent 74% of the EV market share here and the Tesla supercharger network is the largest most reliable network available. Going to a single standard will accelerate EV adoption. Both Kyle from Out of Spec...

    Locking and unlocking logic

My suggestion would be this: Require pushing the door handle. If you push the door handle and the key is within 4 feet, then present the handles and unfold the mirrors.

    CarPlay stopped working

CarPlay reappeared for me this afternoon. No idea why but I’m happy

    CarPlay stopped working

What iOS version are you using? I'm nearly positive that I was on the last iOS when this problem started. I then upgraded to 16.5 hoping this would fix the problem, but it didn't. I guess it's possible the problem started with 16.4? I don't recall when I upgraded to that version.
