Updated to 2.7.0 with AA. Even though I set in the settings on my phone to Automatically Start AA, I would have to push the AA icon on the Lucid Panel each time to connect/activate AA in the car. Is that what everyone is experiencing? Or does your AA auto start without you having to push the AA...

Yes...I thought about that ...then my phone would look fugly. So guess its either my Lucid AA will look fugly or my phone...Lol. Oh well...its not a big deal I'll just live with the fugly AA display on my Lucid.

I have no idea. I didn't test it. I had the car fully PPF'd , tinted, wheel covers removed/powder coated as soon as I picked up my car from Lucid. Have not put the covers back on ever since.. ..removing/reinstalling the covers will scratch up the wheels.

I disagree. How long has Android users been waiting for the AA implantation in our Lucid? I think iOS users will need to wait TWICE as long for their dash cam/sentry mode capabilities, UNLESS...they want to switch to an Android phone? 😂🤣

You have to update the firmware thru Carlink device. You will have to be in the Android Box mode, NOT in the Android Auto Mode to update your firmware. Turn on Wifi on your Carlink device and connect it to your phone's mobile Hotspot via Wifi. That way your Carlink device will have internet...

Yes..I went thru the same thing after that update. Check your Carlink kit for a recent update to its firmware. After I updated the Carlinkit firmware, the wireless connection has been much better.

Have you tried unlocking the whole vehicle first, then open the trunk. I find if I unlock the whole vehicle first, then open the trunk, it will not re-lock the vehicle doors.
